Thank you for choosing ZONEXO. Because we operate entirely under a sustainable Print-on-Demand (POD) fulfillment model, every single item you order is freshly printed, custom-crafted, and thoroughly inspected specifically for you after your purchase is finalized. This intentional production method eliminates textile waste but requires distinct processing and delivery timeframes.
Please review our complete shipping guidelines below:
1. PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT TIMES
Before an order leaves our global fulfillment centers, it must undergo our premium print manufacturing process:

Standard Fulfillment: It takes 2 to 5 business days to print, cut, sew, and package your apparel and accessories.

Peak Seasons: During high-volume promotional periods, holidays, or exclusive product drops, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Note: Fulfillment times are completely separate from delivery times.
2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY WINDOWS
We partner with top-tier international shipping carriers routed from multiple strategic regional facilities to deliver directly to your doorstep. Once fulfillment is completed, estimated transit times are as follows:

United States 2 – 7 business days

International / Rest of the World: 10 – 30 business days
Please keep in mind that these timeframes are estimates and do not include unexpected customs delays unique to your specific country.
3. ORDER TRACKING
Transparency is part of our standard.

As soon as your package is scanned into the carrier’s system, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier’s network after receiving the initial link.
4. DESTINATION AND ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITIES

Address Accuracy: The buyer is strictly responsible for providing an accurate, fully complete, and secure shipping address during checkout. ZONEXO cannot modify shipping addresses once the fulfillment sequence has commenced.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is deemed undeliverable or is returned to our facility due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for covering any additional reshipment costs.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT FEES

All international shipments may be subject to regional import duties, taxes, or local customs fees enforced by the destination government.

ZONEXO does not control, collect, or assume liability for these charges. All additional tariffs and fees assessed at the border are the sole financial responsibility of the final recipient.
6. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

ZONEXO is not liable for packages that are officially marked as "Delivered" by the courier network but are reported missing or stolen from the destination address.

If your tracking history shows that your shipment has stalled or is significantly delayed beyond our estimated windows, please alert our customer service network within 3 calendar days of delivery (as per our Return Policy) at zonexostore.chat@protonmail.com so we can open an investigation with the courier.
