RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At ZONEXO, we take pride in the design and quality of our premium streetwear and functional accessories. Because we operate on a sustainable Print-on-Demand (POD) fulfillment model, every item is custom-crafted, printed, and manufactured specifically for you once your order is confirmed.
Since we do not maintain a warehouse of pre-printed stock, we do not accept traditional returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing choices, or accidental orders.
Please carefully review our policies regarding replacements and refunds below:
1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Your satisfaction is our primary focus. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or if you received the incorrect item/size compared to what you officially ordered, we will issue a Promo code or a Full refund.

Timeframe: You must report the issue within 3 calendar days of the official delivery date.

How to Claim: Email our support network at zonexostore.chat@protonmail.com with the following details:

Your Order Number (e.g., #ZX1001).

A clear, high-quality photograph showing the entire product.

A clear, high-quality photograph displaying the specific printing defect, physical damage, or the incorrect tag/sizing measurement.

2. SIZING DISCREPANCIES
Because everything is made-to-order, we cannot issue refunds or replacements if you accidentally select the wrong size during checkout. Detailed sizing charts are provided on every product page to guide your purchase.

We will only issue a replacement if the physical measurements of the garment you receive deviate by more than 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) from the official dimensions listed in our sizing guides. In this case, please send photo evidence with a tape measure placed across the garment.
3. CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
Once an order is placed on zonexo.store, it is immediately routed to our automated print production queue to ensure rapid global fulfillment.

Window: You may request an order cancellation or a change of address/size within 2 hours of completing your checkout.

After this 2-hour window, production has officially commenced, and the order cannot be altered, canceled, or refunded.
4. REFUND PROCESSING
If your claim for a defective or damaged item is approved, a refund will be initiated immediately.

Timeline: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card or international payment gateway) within 5 to 10 business days, depending entirely on your financial institution's processing times.

Please note: Shipping fees assessed at checkout are non-refundable.
5. UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility because it was unclaimed, refused at customs, or because an invalid/incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the logistical costs of reshipping the item. Unclaimed items returned to our print providers are safely donated after 30 days and are not eligible for a refund.
